Terms of Service

Fabric Link for Jira · Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. The service

Fabric Link for Jira (“the app”) is an Atlassian Forge application, provided by Haydon Group, that exports Jira Cloud data into a Microsoft Fabric workspace configured and owned by you. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must hold valid licences for Jira Cloud and Microsoft Fabric; the app provides neither.
  • You are responsible for the credentials you supply (in particular the Entra service principal), for access to your Fabric workspace, and for downstream use of exported data in line with your policies and applicable law.
  • You must not use the app to process data you have no right to process.

3. Third-party platforms

The app runs on Atlassian Forge and writes to Microsoft Fabric. Availability and behaviour of those platforms are governed by their own terms; outages or changes on their side may affect the app.

4. Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis via support@haydongroup.com. No response times or service levels are guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.

TODO: Confirm support tiers if Enterprise SLA is offered.

5. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haydon Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TODO: Legal counsel to review jurisdiction and liability cap before launch.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Data already exported to your Fabric workspace remains yours.
