- How does billing work?
- Fabric Link is purchased per user through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles invoicing, tax, and renewal. TODO: Confirm final billing model with Marketplace listing.
- What counts as a licensed user?
- TODO: Confirm with Marketplace listing. Typically users who can access the Jira site where Fabric Link is installed.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Sync stops if you do not purchase a licence. Data already in your Fabric workspace remains yours. Forge configuration is removed on uninstall per Atlassian policy.
- Do I pay for Microsoft Fabric separately?
- Yes. You need your own Fabric capacity. Fabric Link does not include Microsoft licensing or compute.
- Can I change tiers later?
- Upgrades and downgrades are managed through the Marketplace subscription for your Jira site. TODO: Confirm tier-change behaviour before launch.
